A technique is of biking where you develop force and velocity with several types of intensities that help to expedite the person's metabolism. This allows to burn many calories during the session. A person can get to burn between 700 in a session of workout and to 1000 calories depending on the levels of intensity that they be developing, the different variations in pedalling, the accelerations and reductions of velocity. This discipline consists of the simulations of biking of street in climbing, climbs and flat grounds. Each spinning's session consists of 43 minutes. The first minutes are for heating, the following minutes are for development. Integrated completely for remixes with 135 bpm's progressive time to 150 bpm and some last super accelerated seconds to balance out the session. EN ESPAÑOL: Spinning es un entrenamiento cardiovascular creado por el señor Johny G. y consta de una bicicleta estacionaria en una sala donde se figura entrenamiento de ciclismo. Es una técnica de ciclismo donde se desarrolla fuerza y velocidad con distintos tipos de intensidades que ayudan a acelerar el metabolismo de la persona. Esto permite quemar muchas calorías durante la sesión. En una sesión de entrenamiento una persona puede llegar a quemar entre 700 y hasta 1000 calorías dependiendo de los niveles de intensidad que se estén desarrollando, las distintas variaciones en el pedaleo, las aceleraciones y reducciones de velocidad.
